How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

What is Subflooring Preparation and why use screed?

We as Exen Flooring fit carpet and various flooring products with high quality standards. We first check your subfloor to verify it is ready for installation. If the subfloor is sound, we begin by cleaning the surface to make it pure and smooth. If your subfloor requires professional screed for a better foundation, we share clear advice on the best solutions available. We are happy to help you prepare your floor for your new product.

Our concrete subfloor preparation allows the material to dry for 24 hours after application. We ensure the surface is pure and perfectly smooth. This provides a comfortable experience with your new vinyl, LVT, safety-flooring, or other hard floors. After these preparations, our professional fitters will install your product with our guarantee standards to ensure your complete satisfaction.

What is the service including?

Please note the cost of vinyl installation covers the labour only. Additional materials like screed, glue, spray, underlay, or door bars carry extra costs. These costs change based on the amount of product used for the installation. 

To measure your floor accurately, you will need a few items. These include a tape measure, a pen, paper, a ruler, and a helpful assistant.

Whether you install carpet or luxury vinyl, the measuring process is similar. Begin by drawing a floor plan of the room. Include doorways, windows, and drop backs, such as fireplaces, alcoves, or cupboards.

Use your tape measure for the widest part of the room. Measure at several points to account for uneven walls. Note these measurements on your plan. Measure wall to wall, as some walls are not parallel. Record all alcove dimensions on your drawing.

It is important to add an extra 10cm to each measurement. This covers necessary cuts or trimming during installation. Measure well into the doorways and note the width. Counting the doorways helps us calculate required door bars and thresholds.
